Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Products must not be damaged or heavily used.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
